The 4-2-5 Defense System has been completely updated for 2020. Here’s the blueprint you need to follow to get your System ready for the 2020 Season.

You don’t have to use the 4-2-5 Defense System to make this blueprint work for you. But you must make sure you’ve covered all these bases if you’re going to be ready to win in 2020.

We do work with a lot of coaches inside JDFB Insider on adapting to 8-man football. The Chalk Board Forum gives us a way to interact and help coaches adapt the systems. 8-man is a great game and easily adapts from the 11-man game on both sides of the ball.

My preference is to adapt the 4-2-5 to a 2-2 type front, but that’s fluid because in 8-man you might have 4 wide receivers and 3 linemen or 5 linemen and 2 running backs. You need more ‘hybrid’ type of players, but the umbrella concept remains intact.

    Hi coach joe,
Remember that I was bought 4-3 Defense. CSD was successful for 8 times shutout. But make a small school become 8×8 football. I wondering that you have information about defense 8 men ? Style 2-2 or 2-3 or 3-3 or 3-2 or 4-1 ? Feedback to me for idea of 8 men defense ?
    Sincerely,
    Coach Mario
